Events and Opportunities

There are still a few openings in IALR’s summer STEM Camps, which allow students to explore STEM concepts through memorable activities. These camps are available for students in kindergarten through 9th grade, and the registration cost for most is $175.
Upcoming opportunities with the Wonder Community of Lifelong Learning include an Intro to Excel and Intermediate Excel course, both on May 15, as well as an Intro to Canva on May 21.
Part three of the Wonder Community’s SMART Series, in collaboration with the Danville Pittsylvania County Chamber of Commerce, on May 18, will focus on effective meetings with Microsoft Teams.
IALR is hiring for a range of unique positions, including CMA Applications Engineer, ATDM Floating Instructor: Precision Machining and Manufacturing Financial Analyst.
