A 10-Year Legacy 

The Integrated Machining and Technology program, a partnership of IALR and Danville Community College, is equipping manufacturing leaders with a comprehensive understanding of processes and operations, along with critical leadership skills.

At IALR, hands-on training is a core focus across diverse programs for students and adults alike. 

Intern at IALR

IALR is looking for motivated students to join this year's cohort of summer interns. Positions are open to:

✅High school grads enrolling in college for Fall 2025
✅ Current undergraduate or graduate students
✅ Recent college grads (within the last 12 months)


Available positions range from communications to robotics and coding to biotechnology to advanced manufacturing. 


Apply by March 28 for a chance to intern at IALR.

Events and Opportunities 

  • Spots are filling up quickly for computer workshops for programs like Microsoft Excel and Canva. General admission is $35 for these three-hour, introductory courses. 

  • Learn to etch glass with the a joint event between IALR's Wonder Community of Lifelong Learning and the New College Institute on March 22.

  • Family Literacy Night is coming soon! This free event on March. 13 will feature activities, games, snacks, photo opportunities, a special storytime segment and more.
